* All prices listed are based on lots up to 12,000 sq ft and are estimates only until final approval by Green Tree. All prices are subject to applicable sales tax of 8.25%. Additional fees apply to oversized lots, overgrown lawns, or those that are overly time consuming. Note also that one time services are subject to our ability to schedule lawn service in conjunction with our monthly service plans.
