Scheduling
Our services are automatically scheduled. We do not call before services unless requested to do. You are not obligated to a contract for any length of time, and may discontinue the service by notifying our office by email, writing, or telephone. You are obligated to pay for any service performed prior to your notice to us to discontinue the service. Greentree Professional also reserves the right to discontinue services at any time.
Billing-Payments
The nature of our business dictates several options that we make available to our clients. We offer a contract option, where we will bill you at the beginning of each month - payments are due upon receipt and past due after thirty days, and a no-contract option, where our service is offered on a pay as you go basis.
Rain-Bad Weather
We will NOT mow in the rain. Our equipment damages lawns when they are wet - this would seem like common sense, however we have noticed other lawn service companies not abiding by this very simple rule. If mother nature decides to delay your scheduled mowing service, we will catch up the very next dry day.
Dog Issues
We love dogs! But, we will not enter your yard when your dog is on the loose for two reasons: (1) Liability - if your dog were to escape from your yard, we cannot be held responsible, and (2) Personal Safety - some dogs bite, we don't discern between those that do and don't. If your dog is not properly restrained during lawn service, we will perform as much service as possible (i.e., front yard only) and give a discount for the next service.
Guarantee
We guarantee that your lawn service will be exactly what we promise. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the results of your service, please call us directly. We will make every attempt to satisfy your requirements.
